Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
All of our products are either made to order or sold as pre-order items. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.
For this reason, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or order changes after an order is submitted.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeline, delivery estimates, and terms outlined on the product page.
Pre-Order Terms
When purchasing a pre-order item:
- Your payment secures a production slot
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing or shipping factors
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed

Pre-order items are not eligible for returns
Estimated delivery windows are provided on each product page and are acknowledged at checkout.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Because each item is produced specifically for the customer:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Refunds are not available
- Exchanges are not offered
This policy applies regardless of production stage.
Returns & Restocking
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If a return is approved at our sole discretion (for example, in exceptional circumstances), it may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee to cover production, materials, and handling costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number

Approved claims may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Manufacturers
- Freight carriers
- Customs or international shipping processes
Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Pre‑Order & Custom Build Policy
First off — congratulations! You’re pre‑ordering the only custom‑built portable salon chair of its kind under $1,000, made just for you.
Here’s how it works:
1. Custom Build: This is a made‑to‑order item, crafted specifically to your specifications.
2. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of order. This secures your spot in our build schedule.
3. Estimated Shipping Date: We currently expect your chair to ship around mid‑April 2026. - This date is an estimate and may shift slightly due to production or supply chain factors.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- Because this is a custom build, if you cancel *after materials have been ordered or production has started*, your deposit will Not be refunded.
- In rare cases, a restocking fee may also apply (this is mainly for orders cancelled *very* late in the process).
- If you cancel **before** we order materials, we’ll happily refund your deposit in full.
5. Global Note:
- Custom‑made products are often exempt from “change of mind” returns in many countries — including the USA, Canada, Australia, the EU and UK. We still follow all applicable consumer laws, and we’ll always make things right if your item is faulty or not as described.
Why so strict?
Every chair is a one‑off build — when we start yours, we literally buy materials just for you. If you change your mind mid‑stream, those materials don’t magically turn into someone else’s dream chair (and sadly, they don’t make good coffee tables either). 💡
In short: Your deposit is your commitment, our build slot is our commitment to you. We promise mid‑April 2026 delivery (give or take a supply chain hiccup), and a super gorgeous Portable Salon Chair worth the wait!
